Cashmere
Warm and cosy, this tactile fabric boasts an unmistakable softness and a light, springy feel, thanks to the uniquely wavy structure of its fine strands.
How to Wash and Care for Cashmere
- When it’s time to wash cashmere, hand wash it or use a specialist detergent on a gentle machine cycle at 30°C or lower.
- Store cashmere folded in drawers, as hanging can distort its shape. Be sure to use mothballs to protect it.
- Pilling is a natural occurrence and can be easily removed with a pilling comb or fabric shaver.
- Keep in mind - cashmere doesn’t need to be washed after every wear. Washing it a few times per season is sufficient. In between wears, simply air out your cashmere to keep it fresh.
